I purchased this dress for my baby shower a few weeks ago, unfortunately the dress arrived with a rip/hole in the seam. At this stage I was quite happy to exchange for another dress (these things happen right!) however this is where the disappointment started. I went onto the website to follow the guidelines for receiving fault item. It states to email Toria and they will respond in 24 hours (I thought great, this will give me the chance to have the dress exchanged in time for my baby shower). Well, it’s been 2 and a half weeks now and I haven’t heard back from them after sending 3 emails! My baby shower has been and gone and I had no choice but to purchase another dress from another site. I am still left with the ripped dress and out of pocket and still no response to any of my emails where I even included pictures they day the dress arrived! Disappointed to say the least.

- Items can be returned back to us for store credit which is valid for 12 months.
- Your items will need to be in their original condition, with tags attached, unworn/unwashed, unstained and in original package. We reserve the right to reject any items not returned in their original state, please take extra care when trying on the garments as not leave perfume or deodorant residue. Items with visible signs of wear will be sent back to the customer.
- You can post your return item back to us with 14 days of receiving your items.
- You will need to cover the cost of return postage.
- If you post your return after 14 days, you may be charged a late return fee of the product you returning( half of the price you paid the product you return), please use trackable postage as we not responsible for any return which is lost in the post or does not arrive.
- If you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credit or refund the cost of shipping when we receive your return.
- Refunds are only issued for the product in case of a manufacturing fault (we do not refund change of mind).
- Refund or exchange are not able to issue for custom made products.
- We do not accept returns on undergarments, accessories or sale items.
- For all swimwear, customers must try on items wearing undergarments. If returned the hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered, or the item shows signs of wear.
- It is the customer's responsibility to immediately notify Ntrinsicstudio if they have received an item with any signs of wear. If we receive a return with signs of wear and have not been previously notified, we cannot be held accountable.
- Please allow 3 business days for your return to be processed once it has been received by Ntrinsicstudio.
- We do not offer exchanges. If you require an alternate size, please return your item for credit and use this to purchase your desired size.
